When staying at Williams Manor you get the whole house. An original homestead of Dungeness built in the 1870’s, it has been remodeled to reflect the craftsmanship and feel of the period. The 1400sq ft home includes 2 bedrooms, 3 baths, living room, spacious dining room, full kitchen and laundry. The master bedroom features a king bed, open claw foot tub, and full bath. The other 2 baths contain shower stalls. Bedroom 2 showcases a full size 1890’s sleigh bed. The dining room can comfortably seat 10 if you want to have friends in for an elegant dinner.
The kitchen is equipped with all your basic needs and appliances as well as a wood burning cook stove. The living room contains a television with cable and blu-ray player and wifi is available throughout the house. Outside there are 2 large decks, tables and chairs, gas grill, and 3.5 acres of orchard and garden. Some of the fruit trees are as old as the property and still produce and abundance of fruit.
If you describe yourself as a “birder” the property falls in a major migratory path and is close to fresh and salt water sources, attracting an amazing abundance of species. Bald eagles can be found year round.
Indulge yourself in gourmet meals prepared by our qualified chef or convenience yourself with advance prepared meals than can be heated at your leisure for breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner. We include fruits, vegetables, and herbs grown organically here on the property.
Our goals include serving you and making your experience in Sequim the best it can be. We can accommodate special needs and requests before or after you arrive. We exist to attend to you!

Walking distance from Williams Manor is Nash's Organic Farm and Store. You will enjoy shopping for fresh produce and organic products here. Nash's Organic Produce has been growing healthy food, saving farmland and training future farmers for over 30 years.
Our B and B is just a short drive from the Dungeness Lighthouse. It is one of the oldest lighthouses in the Northwest and is one of the very few that allow families to be Lighthouse Keepers for a week! It is located at the tip of the 5-mile long Dungeness Spit in Sequim.
